What are eyelash extensions?Lash extensions are applied while you are lying down with your eyes closed on a comfortable spa bed in a serene setting. This usually takes about 2 hours for a full set of lashes, but also depends on the set of lashes you decide to get. After prepping your lashes, your bottom lashes are protected with a gel eye pad, lash extensions are then applied 1-to-1 with medical-grade adhesive. It is a really relaxing, non-invasive treatment and most of our clients take the time to catch up on their beauty sleep!

How long do eyelash extensions last?A full set of lashes will last approximately 2-5 weeks depending on your natural lash life cycle and skincare routine. To maintain a full lash look we recommend you refill your lashes every 2-3 weeks.

When should I be getting a refill?We recommend getting refills every 2-3 weeks. As long as you have 40% of your lashes remaining it will be a refill, less than 40% will be considered & charged as a full set.

How do I take care of my lashes?Do not get your lashes wet for at least 24-48 hours after application, use an oil-free make up remover, Do not rub, pick or pull your eyes, If using mascara, use a water-based formula, Cleanse your lashes and your eyelids daily to maintain healthy and beautiful lashes and lash follicles. Do not use cotton balls, cotton rounds or swabs directly on the eyelashes as the fibers may get lodges in the bond areas lash extensions. brush your lashes daily.

Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?Eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes as long as they are applied and maintained correctly. AFTERCARE IS ESSENTIAL. Eyelashes have a natural shedding cycle so it is completely normal for them to fall out.

How can I prepare for my appointment?Please arrive to your appointment without any eye makeup, if you require to remove your eye makeup please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment and you will be provided with oil-free eye make to remove any mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow.

Can I shower, swim, or exercise while wearing lash extensions?"Yes, the adhesive we use is waterproof and allows you to shower, swim, and exercise. We recommend that you do not wet your lashes for at least 24-48 hours after your appointment.

What if I have an allergic reaction?Allergic reactions are rare but do happen. If you do experience a reaction please come in for a lash removal as soon as possible.

What is eyebrow lamination and does it hurt?Brown lamination involves giving brows new shape by setting the hairs in an upwards position– think of it as a perm for your eyebrows. if you want thick, fluffy brows it’s perfect, and likewise if you have wild, unruly brows, you can have them set into a more defined shape. If you want to correct your shape, lift your brow hairs, and cut down on your daily brow maintenance routine, then brow lamination is the treatment for you. Unlike microblading, which can be painful since there are micro needles applied to the skin, lamination simply lifts the hairs and is totally painless.

Are booty lift results immediate?Yes, the results are immediately visible, but the treatment will continue working for up to 2 weeks.

How long do booty lift results last?Results can be permanent, but maintenance appointments are recommended. We recommend a course of 5 treatments performed weekly, then a maintenance treatment every 4-8 weeks after. For the best possible results, a minimum of 7 days is advised between treatments.

What should I do after a teeth whitening session?Do not eat, drink, or smoke anything that will stain your teeth for 24 hours. Do not brush your teeth or use mouthwash for 24 hours. Rise with warm water after any food or drink consumption. If you experince any sensitivity RUB Sensodyne on your teeth with your finger. Remember, our gels continue to lift stains for the first 24 hours, following these tips will help you get better results.

Will whitening damage my teeth?All our products are FDA & Health Canada approved and completely safe. There should be no damage to the teeth when the service is performed by a professional.

How many shades will my teeth lighten?Results vary patient to patient but they will lighten 4-14 shades.

How many sessions will I need?Typically one full session is enough, however it is recommended that patients with heavily stained teeth return for a second session.

Will my teeth be sensitive after?You may experience minor sensitivity after, this is normal and will subside shortly. Vitamin E swab will be applied to soothe gums. Avoid cold drinks after the treatment.
